Now air BnBs are where guests will stay for short or long periods of time we all know that as soon as they enter the front door they are checking the cleanliness, whilst your cleaning team are of the highest calibre your guests are looking to ensure their standards are met, however you don't know what their standards are, and upon leaving they may come to you and say something was not cleaned does that cause conflict between you and your professional team? or do you believe your team and let the guests know they are mistaken and risk losing repeat business? or do you lose money on refunds?

Moxsi can help avoid these situations, by having an independent cleaning management service that does not provide cleaning, who has nothing to gain by agreeing with the guest or confirming the cleaning team that the cleaning was of the highest standard 

Of course you will have advised your cleaning team that an independent management member will be in to sign off the work & they must be of the understanding this is to protect them and their work and not questioning their integrity at all, the same as if a guest questions the cleanliness you say with confidence that the work was carried out and checked

This can be reversed too, we can go in to the property upon your request should your cleaning team report an unacceptable mess and we can view the property and report back to you

We know first impressions are of the utmost importance to your business, as we said your customers or clients will make a first impression of your business within 7 seconds

Do your staff know what your expectations are from your cleaning service provider or in-house cleaning team? are they aware of the initial agreement? if not then this can be problematic, they may feel something has been missed during the cleaning process, however if its not on the schedule then it wont be completed, this can leave you in a position of either approaching your cleaning service provider or in-house cleaning team to take issue with standard and in turn can cause a slight disruption from within

We can visit your premises look at your current cleaning schedule against your current service provision and report back on the findings, we can then produce and implement the new cleaning schedule should it be required

Are your cleaning service provider or in-house cleaning team producing the standards you expect and in a timely manor, are they consistent with times, do you have no show days, do you have to chase for things to be completed, do you invite your cleaning service provider manager to weekly or monthly meetings to discuss any issues

This service can be particularly helpful to families who may have an elderly person living alone, if someone has physical limitations or disabilities that may make cleaning their home a little difficult & feel they may require a little help around the home whether it be, just cleaning the bathroom & toilet, or just vacuuming around the home we can assist in ensuring that the service they would like is delivered safely and securely, we can assist with deciding who is the best fit for their home with the added benefit of having someone come and check the tasks have been completed, now we are by no means undermining anyone here, all we are doing is trying to help people, After all why shouldn't domestic clients have their own cleaning manager, cleaning managers shouldn't just be for business they should be accessible for everyone to ensure clients get the best from their cleaner and their cleaner can be sure that their service was completed within the agreement made without any confusion in communication, which can sometimes happen 

Even a cleaning company can request our services, maybe its to follow up on a clients question about the cleaning they have received, we can pop in have a chat & see if a resolve can be reached, as we have mentioned sometimes during an agreement some details can be lost in translation, not by any one in particular, just a misunderstanding, throughout our years of cleaning we have come across this situation on occasion, eg some clients can mistake general cleaning details for housekeeping and as professional cleaners we know there is a sizeable difference, but to a client it may not seem so clear cut, we can be asked for "can you just" now as we all know "can you justs" cost time and money but again some clients may not understand this
