Our cleaning consultation and audit service is to provide a clearer understanding of your current situation with your existing service provider or cleaner, our aim is to establish your day to day costings, identify any areas you my feel need improvement 

 Our visit to your premises will enable us to assess the current situation of cleanliness and hygiene

  • You will receive a comprehensive written report

  • Conclusions & our professional suggestions for any adjustments or improvements if any

Cleaners

We at MOXSI are completely independent and are not associated with any cleaning company large or small, we don't carry out any cleaning duties ourselves, this enables us to remain completely independent without any conflict of interest

Now don't get us wrong we have been in the cleaning business for many years and we would be silly to try and tell you we don't know any cleaning teams, companies or independent cleaners, we would never insult anyones intelligence by making that claim

We have made it our business to remain independent, we don't accept kick backs, we don't promote any cleaning company's & we don't promote any product or machinery suppliers either, that said if you ask us to look into a company for you then of course thats what we will do, each company who have an in-house cleaning team or have outsourced a cleaning service provider have their own preference and we respect that


 

Domestic  

We at MOXSI have decided that we are now going to open up our services to the domestic client, Domestic clients are equally as important to us as anyone, we didn't think the domestic sector would be interested in this, but in recent months there has been a large increase in demand for our service

So what can we offer our domestic clients? 

Firstly our local consultant will visit you at home to have an informal chat with you, whereby we will listen to what you feel your requirements are, what we want to do is give you the tools to get the best domestic help you need without compromise on your standards, of course you will encounter the professional domestic cleaner who have their standards, but we want your domestic cleaner to strive to meet your standards, the benefits of discussing  your needs or requirements with us, we are completely independent therefore we won't try to convince you to take on more hours than you need, this relieves pressure on your cleaner as they know they will have enough time to complete all tasks as per request, we can only advise and we can devise a cleaning schedule for you with you to introduce to your domestic cleaner for them to carry out your cleaning your way, after all its your home and you are paying, its as simple as that.

In addition to this we can if you feel you want to, we can provide on going support until you feel you have the domestic cleaner that suits your needs and of course you have to be comfortable, also during this time if you feel your not happy you can call us to pop back in to address any concerns that you may have.

They are your domestic cleaner, you pay them direct, we at MOXSI do not supply cleaners, but we can support you in making your choice of who is the best fit for you, after all they will be in your home and it is you that needs to feel comfortable as does the domestic cleaner you chose, it has be a perfect fit

Interim Cleaning Management & Site Visits
Our Interim cleaning management service offers to visit your premises where you have a cleaning service provider in place or are looking into introducing a cleaning service provider, whereby you may be too busy to carry out your own checks or too busy to discuss your requirements with a potential service provider. You may at this point be unsure of what you have agreed, what your current provider is contracted to carry out, are your standards being met? are all your requirements being fulfilled? Effectively our interim cleaning management is an independent cleaning manager at your disposal. This can be a once a week visit, monthly or just when you feel you need someone to jump in and check your cleaning, maybe address some issues that you may have found and identify where improvements can be made.

Time Management
Time management is as important as the cleaning service itself, in fact its paramount to the service, timing is everything, from the time your service provider arrives until they leave, however what they can achieve in the allocated time you have agreed may hinder what they can actually achieve, with that said do you know what you have agreed? have you noticed that maybe your service provider or cleaner has done just that little bit extra or have you noticed that your service provider has left 5 minutes early, whilst time management is important to you, it is also equally as important to your service provider. With this service you may feel the time management of your cleaner or service provider is somewhat out of sync with what you have or feel you have agreed, We can guide you on how long your cleaning will take,

Cleaning Schedules & Procedures 
We work with you, to review, revise, devise and implement cleaning schedules that meet YOUR needs and requirements, you may find that your existing cleaner or outsourced cleaning service provider have advised you on what they think you need or require and this can be lost in translation sometimes, due to what you think you've agreed could be very different to what your cleaner or service provider has actually agreed, this can prove problematic down the line. We can produce these to be site specific & not generic, with having your own schedules there can be no loss in translation and as an independent consultant we have nothing to gain by awarding additional hours or additional tasks
The fee set out below does depend on how many cleaning schedules you require to be revised and implemented

Fees & Payment

We accept all major credit cards, we can send you an Invoice, payment link either via Email, WhatsApp Message, SMS or we can send you our bank details

NON Refundable Deposits of one day / weeks fee is payable upon booking any of our services, should you cancel your appointment there will NO refund, however should you wish to reschedule your appointment then your deposit will of course carry through, The remainder of the balance is payable upon our appointment time and date

Payment Terms:- Unfortunately we do not operate a 30 day payment term all payments terms are as above
